During
the Mental Emotional Balancing Program's 18 monthly Empowerment
sessions, our participants are receiving continuous Reiki Empowerments
which helps to maintain and strengthen their resolve to continue
their daily meditation sessions without fail. The success of
this Program is related to performing each 15 minute daily meditation
without missing a day for the entire 18 month period.
Daily meditation
on the 3 Balancing Program Symbols is an absolute requirement
and our 18 monthly Empowerment sessions form and bring to your
conscious awareness a bridge that connects your heart and intuitive
centers. At the end of this 18 month period of time, you will
have received approximately 153 days of Empowerments (averaging
3 Empowerments per day and approximating 459 actual Empowerments).
These Empowerments have the same resulting effect as would receiving
459 Reiki initiations - Empowerment initiations that occur on
all 4 levels of existence not the typically limited Western
Reiki attunement initiations.
As a Course
participant, you will be provided with online printable versions
of our Balancing Process symbols. These symbols need to be visualized
each and every day of the Course program. They can be printed
out on 8 1/2" x 11" pieces of paper or on small index
cards so they can be conveniently carried with you.
In addition,
we have created an online meditation gateway. All affirmation
statements and visualization symbols are placed on these pages
in the order of the meditation sequence. The two Reiki symbols
require 30 seconds of meditation and the three Balancing Program
symbols require 4 minutes of meditation each. A timer is included
on each symbol's web page to make the timing of each meditation
easy. After awhile, you will intuitively know when your 30 seconds
or 4 minute time period is up. Our web page timer helps to make
this process simple and fun.
The Mental
Emotional Balancing Program requires a sincere commitment on
both the part of the teacher and you, the Course participant.
To achieve the goals of the Mental Emotional Balancing Program,
you cannot skip days during the 18 month program.
Research
has shown that you will raise your Emotional Coefficient every
day as a result of the symbol visualizations. During the following
24 hours, this Emotional Coefficient level slips back toward
the measurement of the previous day - but never all the way
back to the previous day's value.
As a result,
there is a net increase in the Emotional Coefficient during
each day's meditations, and by the end of the following day,
a fractional increase is maintained. If you miss a day, your
Emotional Coefficient value goes BELOW the value for the previous
day, and an extra day is needed to make up for your lost progress.
If you were to do the exercise every other day for the rest
of your life, there would be no progress at all. Consequently,
it is recommended that you meditate at least once very 24
hours with no longer than 30 hours between sessions.
