1. Dear Richard,
First I would like to thank you for sharing this experience with me. Any hesitation
that I had in the beginning has completely melted away. This Empowerment Process
was just as intense (if not more so) as the three attunements that I received
with the Master/Teacher present.
There is a different feeling to this Energy. Unconditional, gentle
and balanced. I feel an elation that's hard to express in words.
I haven't been able to stop
smiling, inside and out, for the past week. After the attunements (with a prior
teacher), it was as you said - I had terrible headaches and a spiritual uneasiness.
This time I do not feel any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual negativity.
I was thinking earlier that it felt strange (not in a bad way) to feel this
connection with someone I've never met and that I also was a little sad that
it was over. But alas, we must continue on to the next step.
I look forward to Step 2.

It is indeed a great privilege for me to have been among those fortunate beings to have been empowered by you. I am very grateful to you and to the God Most High of the Universe.
I need to tell you that I have felt great changes in the later days of the empowerment. On Friday, for instance, from early morning I started feeling a kind of probing into my 3rd eye chakra. I need to tell u also that at the time I had enrolled for the empowerment, I was in great emotional distress, which I feel has somewhat subsided.
I would like to ask you about one of my friend, who after having taken her 1st degree from a Traditional Reiki Master, still is into a serious healing crisis. What can be done for her?

Thank you for working so hard for spreading God's love and power for the glory of our souls and their purposes.
I do feel much more "together" and at peace within God and life in general. It has been a comforting and "eye" opening experience.

This has been an incredible week! I am saddened that the Empowerment Process is over because I have bathed in Uncondional Love.
When things occured that would have caused me to go into a funk with fear there was something there to center me that wasn't there consciously before. I believe I have been introduced to the real Me. You asked how I feel about you and myself. Well the aswer is Love. I have mentioned before my first impression was skepticism but after spending many days reading over and over the material on the website I begun to wonder was this an answer to the longing of my heart.
This process has definitely sparked a quest to know the answer to Who I am and What am I here to do. Thank you for being a channel for me. I am blessed to know you and I also look forward to meeting you in person. I look forward to hearing from you.

5. My Dear Friend Richard:
Thank you for this past week or so. The experience of receiving the empowerments has been different from anything else to date.
I am learning to love and accept myself and understand that it is important to love myself first in order that I may share that with others. My life has changed on a subtle level. I am feeling more in balance than ever before and I am finding that situations and things seem to be just passing through, without me feeling the need to analyse, judge and/or think a lot about them. It just seems to BE.
Although I did have a couple of personal situations appear that showed me I still have some work to do. I found myself responding this past weekend to a couple of family situations from a very reactionary state with my emotions running high and feeling intense. Family members are definitely one of our biggest teachers! It seems our emotions can run the highest in close family settings. But overall for the past week or so I have felt more in tune to what is happening around me.
Most times I find I am feeling a sense of joy, love and peace just under the surface. (But I find I sometimes shut it down..it is almost as if I am afraid to just let it come up!) I know in time it will come up as I come to realize life does not need to be so serious and analyzed. You stated that we would not experience a healing crisis and I did not have anything happen to date. However, I did find myself to be extraordinarily tired and feeling fatigued. I found additional rest did not always help the tired feeling to go away.
You have made a difference for me. These empowerments to open the third eye and heart chakras on the four planes of existence is something I have been seeking. I have been wanting to find ways to expand myself on a more spiritual level that I may assist myself and others on their path. To think that you appeared at a time in my life when I was looking for a way to advance my growth as well as figure out the reason I have come to earth at this time is nothing short of a miracle for me.
You are offering a wonderful way to obtain this growth that is both convenient and powerful. I am so grateful to have this opportunity to work with you. I admire the work you yourself have done and your willingness to share this knowledge with others. It requires such discipline and love for self to seek out one's purpose as you have. I look forward to continuing on with you.

Who am I? I am the lover of The Beloved. What is my purpose in life? My purpose is to do the will of The Beloved.
The empowerment period was a period of inner purification. I have not cried so much for a long time during these past few days, but this is good. A lot of negative energy blockages were released and I do feel much, much stronger. I was given the faith that can move mountains, and I will through The Beloved's grace.

It was a pleasure to receive your e-mails this evening. We down-loaded your directions for the 13 page Daily Meditation directions and spent a couple of days or more reading them and discussing the explanation. After getting online and entering the Meditation Gateway I found the that we could do the program before the monitor. And so we did. The timers and on-line protocol simplified the process so we read the affirmations out loud together just before we retire for the night with all the visualizing.
Since we completed the Reiki Course in September and read the manual together which made an immense impact on us we have felt as you do about how Western Reiki no matter how well intentioned was only scraping the surface.
Thus we have with drawn from our regular weekly sessions at the local free Reiki clinic and spend most of our time trying to absorb what you have set forth. This "new beginning" has provided us with a more spiritual focus. After starting the daily Meditation we both seem to have more serenity and love between us. That much we do agree with.
Time just keeps moving faster and faster. We are not sure where we are heading but the just is not enough time in the days. I guess it must be what is termed the "quickening". We are prepared and await the empowerment and your daily e-mails during the 7 day period.

Thank you for your e-mail announcing a new series of Empowerments. I am really looking forward to the coming week. I always feel a bit more energetic and seem to have more fun in life during Empowerment weeks!
As regards your question about how things have been moving on so far, I can tell you that I still haven't skipped one single day with my symbol-meditations. I take about 30 minutes a day. I have turned it into a bit of a ceremony or ritual and it gives me great pleasure to be able to step out of my hectic life for just half an hour a day.
As regards progress, I find it a bit hard to determine exactly what constitutes progress. One example may be nice to mention though: over the past few weeks I feel I have become a bit more sympathetic towards my students. It's not that I didn't feel involved, but I used to keep a little distance between them and myself, not because of feeling aloof, on the contrary, I think it is/was more shyness on my part. Yet, lately I have noticed myself becoming more outgoing toward my students. When a student of mine had screwed up a test I would say something like, "Pity, that; better luck next time", but now I find myself asking questions as to why they screwed up and is there anything that can be done about it. I find myself trying to find reasons why things went wrong and what can be done to improve results the next time. Personally I experience this as more rewarding than just giving a comment, both for myself and for my students.
So, all in all, I feel I have made a little progress towards becoming a more person and I hope this progress will continue. Once again I want to say how grateful I am that I have been given this opportunity.

I would like to start by sending you my best wishes for a happy, joyful, and successful life, and to thank you for being with me since we started this course together.I feel blessed to learn from you the art of happy life , although i am not young, but I feel iam learning some thing new every day. Before contacting you I was practicing TM ( transcendental meditation), and a couple of weeks back I attended a Reiki class in Dubai. For a man of 50 years old, with a lot of worries: political, social, economical and much more, I find it difficult some times to concentrate, but still iam practicing, and to be true the change is slow.
Iam a spiritual man by nature, iam in good terms with God , and people, and because iam in the construction business, some time I feel the need for help from a super power ( God ), dealing with different kinds of people,...I don't loose my temper very often, but some times I do..The massages you sent me were very helpful, I think I need to improve my English to be able to follow. I wanted to share with you last night's full moon experience that I had. The full moon was shining through this very thin veil and it was a most amazing sight, something I had never before beheld: Surrounding the moon was a huge halo containing all the colors of the rainbow, not just once, but twice and the colors were VERY BRIGHT. I could hardly get myself indoors, in spite of the gale. Realising that you were sending your final Empowerments and feeling the moon's pull: it was an experience to remember!

It was a wonderful experience, as a matter of fact, I was a little bit upset before undergoing the Empowerment due to every day life problems. Everything changed from the moment you lead me though this path.
At the beginning, for relatively 2 days, I had an empty feeling but became more and more calm. The balanced exercise help me to cope with that feeling. Then the following days I went through an enlightment feeling with a more global view over everything GOD granted to us.

12. Greetings:
I found the Tara website some months ago while doing a search on Arthur Young's Theory of Process. Reiki itself was a familiar name but I actually knew absolutely nothing about it, which is probably fortunate now that I've begun to study it. Anyway, I bookmarked the Tara website but did not bother to read past the TOP summary which was already familiar to me since I had no interest in Reiki itself, having gotten the impression it was one of those typical New Age fads. In fact, it is remarkable that given the amount of research that I do that a description of Reiki had never crossed my path.
Reading the entire website I liked the language, the part about the Legend of Bagger Vance was particularly impressive because I was then using the Bhagavad Gita scene in a correspondence to a friend about my recent interest in the concept of Time. Plus, I had just seen the last twenty minutes or so of the movie, enough to grasp that it was definitely about a spiritual or metaphysical lesson.
Still skeptical about Reiki, due mostly I think about the use of the Master title and the ego attraction the term represents, not to mention the obvious conflict of claims of which system was best, quickest, or the best dollar value, and it was clear that reiki itself, no matter how true originally, is just like any other human activity: obscured by clouds.
But the key to signing on was that I was looking to resolve a specific question revolving around two polarities. Because my research was fruitful I was basically contented, but I had merely to scratch the surface of my personality and there existed a deep dissatisfaction that was becoming more apparent in my personality. I knew that specific behaviors in my own life had to change, that I was not living up to my own ideals much less the spiritual promises of advanced teachers, and the net effect was a life that was missing its own recognized potential.
In short, I had the knowledge in my head but seemed helpless to manifest it in practical life. Not a crisis exactly, just a perception that the result was a sort of loss or missed opportunity.
This is certainly the message that was confirmed in your writing, so after doing a little background research on reiki itself I signed up for the introductory course. After the sixth session I made the decision to sign up for the Empowerment sessions, which made me a little nervous because of my remaining skepticism, plus it was a reminder of a similar decision 25 years ago to study under a teacher who had a major impact on my life.
As I perform the exercises I find them to be very comfortable and the messages are very inspiring so that everything remains on a high level, certainly beyond any initial fears of walking into something unknown.

Thanks for your response and encouragement. I know I am an agent of Change like you are. That is my job here. I know that we are all here to bring the power of the mother back to the hearts of humanity.
I received the instructions and have completed the affirmations with the acupresure. I must say they are powerful. As there are no coincidences, the afirmations address the very issues I have been dealing with...not believing that I am worthy of so many blessings even though I've had plenty of experiences that cannot be explained and have been blessed with the presence of the divine in my life. I have broken down quite a few thick walls within myself, but I know your course will help me melt the remaining ones. 911 brought to the surface both my strenght as a World healer (my inmediate reaction was to start sending healing energies to the world and all the souls that gave up their lives to help us get to the next level of healing and..I FELT THE POWER...) and the compassionate spirit as well as my self doubts about my power, self image/worth. Indeed the world is in extreme need of people like you and me for healing and letting Divine's light and ultimate Love to cover and enter everyone's heart and maximize positive energies for the protection of our global world from negative and evil energies which are getting more and more spread in the world and appearing everywhere to destroy all mankind in wicked ways.
Hatered and materialism has blinded mankind and has expelled them and took them very faraway from the Divine God and all his teachings to love one another and love only The Divine. There is an evil force of negative energy that is pushing mankind to forget all the teahings of God and is working in the favour of another force who is giving him some material on this earth and evil power to rule others. In this way they are detaching themselves from the Divine Love and forgetting all those holly positive teachings and attitudes. They are leading themselves to dark pathways without looking back and without thinking if there is a way to return home or not. Of course if someone chooses the negative dark side there is a total loss and forever without a returning path to the Light.
If we are going to discuss these matters we can fill books and never finish. I thank you and encourage your blessed work that you are doing all those years and ahead and now I and may be others are working on the path of enlightment and become soldiers of the Divine God and working to amplify and spread these Loving and White Light of the Divine to heal all those who need healing and enlightment to return to light or never lose their faith of the Divine creator of all and the source of positive energy.
About the exersises that you're e-mailing, I'm performing them everyday, and take into consideration that I'm doing reiki everyday for 10-15min since I became Reiki Master using the power symbol and the mantra.

I have already received my Reiki-attunement and I recognised in your course my own development. To discover and to hear one's inner voice is a wonderful experiment. I have been in therapy since two years now, and with therapy I was already on the way, allthough I didn't realise that, but with Reiki the whole process has been accellerating, and, reading your course, I can only admit that this has been and still is my road. To allow yourself to feel, to discover that sometimes you don't allow yourself to feel, to see that a lot of patterns and illusions keep you away from feeling and from trusting your inner voice, is a very important process.
Reiki helped me to rememeber an old trauma, helps me to heal, helps me to come in touch with my soul, helps me to release. When I was taking your course, I said often: "Yes, yes, that's right! That is how I was feeling and searching, feeling unhappy, and restless, and this is the new way, where I feel peace!"

I am writing to let you know how things are going on my end of the spectrum. I just finished my Reiki Master Teacher's Course and I must say it has been a wonderful week and continues to get better.
As I do my daily self-healing practice I've noticed an increase in the power each time and sometimes the force is so strong I'll have to catch my breath and just let go a little. I am anticipating on the arrival of my course manual to see if there is a way to direct the energy in a more balanced way and possibly finding more ways to implement Reiki into my daily life.
My life is changing in perspective each and every day. I am more at peace with myself, more confident, less worried and my relationship with God has elevated immensely. My goal is to carry through on my journey towards uncovering my true purpose and I do plan on enrolling in step 2 in the 5 step Tara-Reiki program. Thank you for time and effort with the reiki process. I know what I know in my heart that it is meant for me to heal by being a nurse. This is my reality, my dream and goal. Yes this process has challenged me to look at myself and the some changes are be needed. However, My faith in God and the forces of love has gained form this experience. I indeed would like to know who I am - that page has not been answered yet. Although I know that with the tapping affirmations that should reveal itself in time.

I would have to say I might have been a bit skeptical at the start but as I had mentioned in a recent email to you I was definitely aware of something entering my energy field. It was totally non-invasive but a peaceful, relaxating sensation. Because I am very busy in my job and also in performing the exercises whenever I could that you wanted us to do, I only performed Reiki a couple of times this past week and during those sessions I did feel as though my energy level was stronger so I would have to say your intentions were a success. Are you a pioneer in the absentee Empowerment process? Or did you learn from someone else?
As far as to the question of how I feel about myself. I have always be accepting of myself, more so I think than many people are of themselves. I don't self criticize, judge, emotionally beat myself up, etc. and I am really accepting of other people. I am pretty well balanced, grounded, easy-going and extremely patient. My weakness is my tendency to overextend myself into many projects (my 60 hour a week job) and activities (I am also an astrologer) and feeling like I do not have the time to pay proper attention to all. I have been good lately about setting aside time for the Reiki, whereas in the beginning when I first began it 2 years ago I did not have the time nor make the time. I now have the desire to change all that.
So I feel the Empowerment process has increased by sense of being balanced, grounded, emotionally stable to a higher level where I am more balanced, more grounded and extremely emotionally stable and I want to proceed further with the Reiki.
As to how I feel about you (not knowing you personally and only through this course for such a short time) I can see you are very dedicated to Reiki and sharing this wonderful loving energy with others through the tremendous amount of time you must spend performing what you do during the week of the Empowerments (and I don't know how many students you have but it has to be a lot of work). You express yourself very well in your writing so there too I can see the dedication you have made to Reiki and that you have discovered your life's purpose and are on the path.
I have always wondered what my soul's purpose is in this life and would love to find out just what this is. I am very interested in your next course and will visit your web site to read up on what is involved in taking the course.

I have been able to feel the Empowerments. I feel my energy feel being activated and then a wave or blanket of energy flows down to my feet. When I have felt this happening I have tried to stop the activity I am doing and do the exercises you told us to do as the process was going on. I do feel a tremendous sense of grounding, peace, balance, harmony. Also, I have performed absentee Reiki on several people and I feel the energy passing through me from above to them is stronger (the tingling in my hands has increased).
Your dedication is to be commended: to provide Reiki at an affordable price ( and over the Internet!) to those who seek it. I am quite disappointed in those who seek to gain tremendously on a financial level through making the information and Empowerments (Attunements) available to others. Just taking the Reiki I and II twice has been, I feel, very expensive. I wish your center was closer so I could attend some of your classes you have in person.

Thank you for a truely amazing course, I am already attuned to reiki II level and well on my journey, but your course has helped me to focus myself for the next section.
At present I feel a gap which does not seem to change whatever I do to move on and I know that I will always be looking for more but this is different and your course is helping me to find the missing bit, I spend lots of time reading over and over again and each time I feel something different from it. I had my reiki II attunment 3 years ago and use reiki all the time for myself and family and friends and hope one day when I feel ready to become a master, but I have lots to do before the time is right.I am sure I will know when the time arrives.

I have to express once again the gratitude in my heart on a morning like this, when the Living Power that expresses Itself through me and everything that surrounds me did not let my ego make me believe that it is ok to postpone the urge to get up and do what I so long to do: spend time contemplating this wonderful creation, communicate with my loved ones in the authentic voice I have when waking from telling dreams, connect with my brothers and sisters spiritually and listen to the message the moment has for me.
And how many gifts I would have deprived myself of if I had believed that I need more sleep to fill me up with energy... And I am grateful because this Power helps me take my commitment seriously day by day, showing me how my Higher Self can stay on the throne of my life now that the ego has been thrown off, now that the greatest battle has been fought and I realize just how powerful this Power is.
I was wondering the other day if my faith in this empowerment process and the future is strong enough to be able to visualize truly those aspects as well that I had problems with before, those I tended to postpone taking seriously before. Like material manifestations. And that very day a small check arrived for a short story I had been trying to sell to a few magazines months ago and even forgot about by now. And then I start having dreams that give me clearly detalied stories that give back my inspiration to write, and the courage to begin something without knowing the concrete outcome, without having the control. Because I know now where my Source is. Because I just heard someone saying that if everything seems under control, we are not going nearly fast enough.
And I know there's a lot to do, and that is why I was so attracted to your activity because I feel something happening here and deep within I've had enough of waiting, even if I'm not sure what the next steps will be. I feel Power.

32. Who Am I? What Am I To Do With My Life?
Well, those are actually questions I've been asking myself for a long time now, so thats not new. Though maybe now I'm starting to get some answers. For me it has not been so much of a new beginning as having alot of issues coming to resolution at once.
I've pretty much been on a high all week, (though lately that's normal for me) a few times felt a little oddly dizzy as though there were some changes being made to my energy field. It does feel as though it has expanded, yet I also feel relatively grounded. I also feel a great deal of inner peace, though I was also having that before, maybe it is magnified, and connection to the Reiki Source is stronger; it feels like I'm carrying more of a charge.
We had a beautiful full moon tonight. I go out every night to walk the dog. We go about 2 miles, and I've come to really enjoy that time. This week was special though. Since I am totally surrounded by "old energy" people, the people I do meet who are into this are a very dear treasure. I'm sure I'll be thinking of you every month between the 3rd quarter and full moon, 'cause I know what you'll be doing! Keep up the good work, what you are doing is desperately needed. It is not that "Western Reiki" is too commercial but it may not always be as spiritually based as it should be.

The best thing I have done in my life is to find the World Center For Tara Reiki and find or start to find some sort of spiritual life I had started with Mikao Usui's system but thought that the brief induction ceremony was not enough and welcome your longer training regimes and the need to have tests of efficiency.

I thank you for getting back in such a timely manner. You are very acurate about getting more from the attunement than the one I attuned. When I went to bed that evening I realized that my vibratory rate was much higher than it had been even the previous evening. I feel that in doing an attunement I also went through the process myself and as far as I am concerned IT IS A GREAT FEELIING! I definately felt a real jolt of energy and even now days later I am a notch above what I was, what ever that was.
I plan on attuning a lot more people at a lot of different levels. I really want to thank you for making it possible.
I know that I am doing the work but your organization has facilitated me and a lot of others and I appreciate you and your efforts. Thank you. In respect to the events of the world, I realize that these things have to happen in a certain order and I feel that to a great extent all of the perticipants signed up at some level well before all this was even started and therefore all I can do is pray, send loving energy and know that what is ment to happen is happening.
We are all multi leveled and it is all going to be played out the way it is supposed to be. I also realize that we are all souls that never die even though the bodies do. With this type of view I try to keep my mouth shut most of the time to quite a few people. Most don't want to hear that kind of thinking let alone be exposed to someone who has such radical ideas. Oh well, life goes on at least at some level.

I cannot put your step one manual down. It’s wonderful. Thank you.
It took me a lifetime to remember who I am and to understand what to do with my life. Then around my 50th birthday my life changed- psychic experience –dreams – clairvoyance experience - and many other “energy “ experience.
In one of my dreams I was reaching out with my 2 hands touching a sea of hands raised toward me. It was a kind of frightening because I had the feeling I was going to loose my balance. Big letters started flashing on the screen of my mind- “SURRENDER and things started to happen. I ask Spirit for guidance and learned very quickly that if you ask Spirit to put you in the right place and let you do the work you were destined to do, Spirit will see to it, and things start to happen. I lost my job (overnight) and at age 55 became a massage therapist – Reiki Master – Certified Hypnotherapist.
The last 5 years I’ve build a wonderful practice and gave many, many treatments – massage and Reiki and I feel very fortunate that I finally could do what I was born to do and share the gift that God has given me.

I was starting to wonder about Reiki. I felt that Reiki was very personal. Following my intuitions I was doing many different techniques: Meditation – Guided hands – Breathing – Dry Bathing - Scanning – Healing with the breath – Healing with the Eyes – almost exactly as you describe it and also was not a part of the teaching of my instructor, I was concerned because I taught I was straying from the instructions of my Reiki Teacher. I felt my way was much simpler. I didn’t follow the positioning of the hands or the sequences and I was channeling the Reiki without bringing in all the different symbols. I used them only for the connection but not during the treatment. And you show me that it is all right. I was also getting very hot during treatment and believed it was because I was not a true channel and wasn’t grounded very well. And that too is O.K I hope I didn’t bore you too much. I have a couple of questions.
I have big dreams. Eventually, (probably very soon – I’m working on it) I will have a Healing Center – where healing session would be free or at a very low fee – When I am too old to do massage I will be teaching a very simple Reiki to everyone – seekers –children and those who have been healed. In payment I would require that my students would also REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE.
In the meantime I will surely continue to study with you.

Thank you for sharing this course with me, it has been a great blessing. These past few years I have been searching for something; something I could not describe, I did not know where or what it was but I knew it exsisted, I was continualy compelled forward. Last year I came across some books on Reiki and knew I had found what I was looking for.
So I took (an unfortunetly "Americanized") Reiki I Class; I noticed an increase in my ethric field, but I was looking for more of a mental/spiritual type of training. So I continued by taking thier Reiki II class (Which was suposed to take effect on the mental/spiritual realm) and although there was a slight increase in my awareness I was not given the full spectrum training I had hoped for (The classes were focused mainly on a physical/ethric level).
A couple months ago I received your "Introduction to Tara Reiki" in my email and decided to take your free "Discovering your Soul's Pourpose Course" which was very illuminating. I knew I had found the type of training I had been looking for so I enrolled in your Reiki course.
Since the beginning of the Empowerment Process I have noticed some positive changes in my life: I am starting to realize the true connection of all life, My awareness of things spiritual has doubled. I feel more peacful, certain things that would irritate me before no longer affect me. A desire in my heart to learn as much as I can and to help others as they cross my path has been kindled. Your course is just what I needed at this point in my life and I hope to continue with you in my discovery process.

I have experienced quite a lot over this past week. Some of it I do not fully understand yet. Negative emotions, forgiveness issues that I have been dealing with for six months have seem to have reach some balance. I have been asking my god for quidance and help in allowing me the strenght to forgive and understand for quite some time. It has caused me some stress not being able to reach the point of forgiveness because of my belief system.
This past week I have been able to release some of those negative feelings. Also, a legal issue that has been pending with a business partner and someone I thought was a friend, finally came to an end. Emotions that I thought would arise from the selling of this business and closure of this dream, were not as intense as I thought they would have been. I was able to see the real possiblility of a new and different future but one that offered so many more and different possiblilities. One being the trip to China next week to get my certification as a Qi Healer. This would have not been possible if I was still involved with the Business.
Is this all part of the Reiki empowerment? I believe it is. The universe is such a strange and powerful influence on us. Even though my life took a change 6 months ago, I believe that it was all this divine plan that led me to you and this empowerment.

What's changed? Honestly, I don't feel a great change. I'm living Reiki 2 years now and everything you said is very true but not new. I will go on with my life in even greater faith and hope. As the empowerment process progresses, I continue to make observations. I seem to be most aware of these after going to bed and during the night. This may be attributed to my being in a more restful and open state - who knows? It is all a very interesting study in faith and belief - where skeptics would inquire as to how I can prove that anything is really being sent my way and that it must all be in my mind. Yet, I truly do seem to sense some very real energetic activity going on with me.
Last night, after going to bed I was lying there and actually heard a voice that said you're done as if whatever was happening was finished for the evening. Of course, I feel quite odd writing these things to someone I've never met, but there again, it is for me an act of faith. Anyway, just sharing my observations. Your thoughts are welcome.

Now I really know that this was the "perfect" thing for me. See, all my teachers never showed this amount of care and interest for my wellbeing as you do. That makes a great difference. Do you know why? 'cose that is the exact thing that I would like to provide for my students. To show them what it means to "be" in state of love and care for others, and not to just talk about it. I think that this is the key element that's missing. Human touch, but not addiction.

Thank you for your final e-mails. We have just returned from vacation.
It is hard to tell what effects are from the Reiki Empowerment and what the vacation itself did to me. Anyway, I have been feeling very relaxed these past two weeks. Less of my usual critical self, as I told you before.
I have been trying out the exercices you suggested and I experience those as very helpful in letting go of daily stresses and aggravations. I hope I will be able to continue this way once I have to get back to work. I feel quite confident, though.
Irascibility is/was one of my negative characteristics and I hope to be able to conquer this with the aid of Reiki plus the awareness itself that it is not a nice way to be, neither to oneself, nor to those that cross your path. The Empowerment process has opened my eyes (Third Eye?) more clearly to this!
As regards YOU from your very first e-mail contact I had a "warm" feeling about/towards you and this has only become stronger over the past few weeks. Sometimes you get this feeling when people try to get too close "into" you, but I am happy to say this is not the case with you. I feel a warmth, but it is never "invasive", if you understand what I mean. All in all I have a very positive feeling about you and the whole Empowerment Process.

This experience has been wonderful for me. I didn't receive your last two emails until Monday because I was out of town. But I did get to experience a conscious opening of my heart chakra.
I know that I am here to raise my consciousness and the consciousness of those around me and I am very grateful to you for offering this at a time that I was seeking the information and experience. I'm looking forward to having the materials and learning everything that I need to know that will take me to the next level. I will be empowering children with Reiki as well as adults and it is my intention to go wherever spirit leads. Spirit lead me to you. I believe that Spirit can do all things and there is something for me to learn in every experience.

I thank you for the courage you had in stepping out and sharing the information with the masses and for doing your part in raising the vibration on the planet. What I think of the process cannot be put into words. It is more of an experience. How would someone describe air? Some things cannot be described , but only experienced. Perhaps this is why they cannot be described. They are meant to be experienced because it is not the same for every person. The process is very peaceful, enlightening and spiritual and gentle.
How has it changed my life? I am feeling, knowing more the essence of the true nature of my being. And an understanding that has come is , ones true purpose cannot manifest without first knowing the essence of their being-who they really are. Empowerment Process has facilitated this, and very quickly.
What is different now in your thinking about this Empowerment Process, now that you experienced it in its full manifestation? I know that I would like to experience it again. I wrote previous, that originally it began as the Course I signed up for. Then with the Empowerments,it became a Spiritual Experience within many dimensions, a very beautiful experience and with it came much understanding .
What do you feel about me (Richard)? I feel you are a special beloved being here with a very special, higher purpose which many may not understand fully yet. But they eventually will - it is inevitable in the process of spiritual evolution. I feel you are a very beautiful, loving and compassionate spiritual being who cares deeply.
What do I feel about me? I know and feel that I am a caring and compassionate person and continuing to evolving spiritually, this process has expanded this awareness and the only way I can describe is, it has brought other dimensions to the awareness and has and is continuing to give me insights in to the true nature of who I am and what my purpose here may be. It is coming together. I trust the Divine Process.
Do you feel this Empowerment Process has indeed empowered you to pursue even more intensely the Discovery of Your Own Souls Purpose? . . . the sun was so beautiful and I decided to lay down and feel its energy. I then started to imagine its light come in throught my soles and filling me. Suddenly I focused my inner vision and saw a very green oval ball dancing, later I "saw" kanjis coming in in violet and then disappearing (kinda fading). At leat three appeared, only one I can remember, it was the Dai kanji (from Dai Ko Mio).
I felt so enthusiastic with that that I thought it could be your work. Was it? And to continuing my holyday and rest, I asked my wife to hold my hands while walking on the beach eyes closed. With this I practiced the affirmation Statements in order to prepare for the empowerment session...

Here is my opinion and experience. First and above all I wish to thank you. I don't know what you have been doing. Maybe someday I will, but what I know you did is write wonderful emails. That alone is something wonderful. You have such a wonderful way to express yourself that it is difficult not to enjoy the beauty of it. I can tell you that any one who believes in what you wrote or even only in part of it must be someone special.
I pray in my special ways that more people see the light of that beauty. There is no question about it, the world needs many more people who understand the meaning of love. The truth is its there all the time in front of us and we do not understand it - love thy neighbor as you love yourself.
But to do it properly first learn to love yourself. As to my experience, I don't know what passed or passes over me. There were moments when I felt completely out of balance, as if i am sick. There were moments when I started reveuing my life and felt like going to confession. I weigh all I have done and ask myself what for? Now as I write these words, I think to myself, yes, there are proud moments in my life when i helped those who needed and i felt good with it. I always pray to be able to help when needed. Still I ask myself what am I doing here? Maybe someday it will become clear and maybe not. wWo knows. So I cannot say if it was your empowerment sessions, or your beautiful emails, but thank you again.

51. Hi Richard,
I want to thank you very much for the attunment. You have worked very hard at keeping me posted and updated on our progress and it makes me feel like it was all worth it. I think everyone should be very happy and satisfied with the work you have done.
One of the changes I have noticed about myself is that certain people don't bug me as much as they used to. I can watch them be very negative and not make the situation worse by telling them how negative they are being or getting in a bad mood myself. I just let it roll off my back and feel compassion for them. Another thing I have noticed is I really feel like moving on from my current work situation and finding a new job in my field of expertice that is my main focus and I don't want to wait around any longer. I will make it happen.
I want to use Reiki to manifest my dream job so that I can be creative on a daily basis. The happier I am, the happier I can make others by example. It has always been very apparent to me what my lifes work is all about. It's about helping others to feel emotional peace there is something in my voice that calms people down and gives them reassurance and I will do that everywhere I go. The thing that makes me happy is designing and being creative because it helps to connect me to the devine and live in the moment. All I need now are the tools of manifestation and I will be well on my way.

As usual, these things are a bit awkward to describe in words.
Yes, each of your sessions could be clearly felt. The energy was quite strong and very plesant.
With other inner work going on it is difficult to assign cause and effect, but there is no accidental coincidence. For several days now, I have experienced what is best described as a 'blank' state, as if I had been disconnected.
Now resolved, it is freedom from the inner construct of time, existence in the now, as observer. Quite an interesting position, not blank at all.

I thank you very much for your wonderfull job and I think that it is a good beginning for me and every living things around me. I feel that my connecting time is now shorter than before the empowerments. That is sure.
I am more peaceful, more confiant and more faithful. It is very difficult for me, for the time being, to give an apreciation about the Process you follow, but all I can say is that I am very glad to have made this step. Today was a very neat day. When I was at a meeting today I started to draw the symbol and tonight, I have been seeing Love and acceptance as part of my purpose to the world. I have been seeking to clarify my life purpose and I Vision the world to be Loving and accepting of one another no matter what their differences are and living in Mind Body and Spirit.
Thank you for the awareness of letting go of my other Vision that had judgement in it and justice which was making me right and them wrong. I realize now that it doesn't matter. What I want for the world is one's to Love one another and accept each other.
I have been releasing energy for the past three days in the form of seizures. What I really was doing was relasing the negative energy and excess energy and just releized what I was doing.

Thank you so much for all your efforts. At first, I was pretty skeptical about this e-mail course. Over the course of time in which you have been sending empowerments, I have felt a shift in my energy. Things were definitely happening!
Initially I felt sensations - tingling, warmth over my third eye, forehead, temples and jaws. Last night, I experienced a true blow to my ego from a dear friend who didn't even know the effect her words had on me. At first I felt (and still have remnants of feeling), so terribly deflated. I also realized, almost immediately, the gift she had given me, that somehow this was washing some ego based self concept.

I have enjoyed the empowerment sessions so much and things are definitely happening in my life! I am a Reiki II and have been for a year now. Since one week after the empwerments, I have been overwhelmed with people wanting me to do Reiki treatments for them and I feel the energies flowing just by being around people. I don't know if it is because of the empowerments or what, but this has never happened before.

59. Dear Richard,
I just received all your emails from the last few days. My internet connection was down due to some repair work from telephone dept. I got reconnected yesterday and lo all your email was waiting for me to embrace me. It was like opening the sluice gates, one by one, of a huge dam of nectar to purify and prepare me for a more responsible and serious Divine Mission.
I only pray that I should be able to come up to expectations of the Divine Will. You are really a divine tool for me to set the whole mechanism in order and make it operative. I don't know how to express my gratitude to you.
On my part, rest assured, I shall read, follow and practice deligently whatever thoughts you have sent me. I have taken print of all the writings and I am critically going through it. Sitting for meditation and concentration is an easy assignment for me as I am used to it right from my childhood. With all that I am not able to get rid of this monster Ego after I am out of the meditative mood. I want to achieve that and be always in "Sat-Chit- Anand-Brahm" state. I shall keep you abreast of all my experiences during this student ship course. I pray for you and for everybody including myself.

60. Hello Richard,
Since the sessions have started I felt a warm, soft essence engulfing my being. I have noticed that strangers are more pleasant and look directly into my eyes when they greet me. They have a look of recognition in their eyes and there is a usually a genuine smile on their faces. I find myself smiling and feeling a sense of greeting a friend (though I have not met the individuals). I really feel good about seeing folks on the street.
It is difficult to describe but there is definitely a subtle, gentle sweetness (for want of better words). I feel wonderful - there are moments when I have doubts and wonder if its not just my imagination or desire for something to happen. However, I know what I feel and I graciously accept the wonderful energy and will be working on the excercises you gave me.

61. Hi Richard,
Thanks for all the enlightening daily updates during the empowerment process. I would like to give the following feedback.
1. During the first two days of the empowerment I feel rather cool and doesn't loss my temper or get angry easily as I am a rather hot temper person. I felt some sensation on my crown centre occassionaly.
2. For today my feeling is different. Like some sort of energy being retain in the head and body level.
At this moment I feel like quiting my job to focus on this spiritual movement. I am not too sure whether am I taking the right choice or not.

I am feeling the shifts and light to the extent that any doubt about distance attunement and initiation have evaporated.
My partner feels the light, too. Last night we accompanied a friend to a Dzogchen-video transmission by Namkhai Norbu, I noticed how bright everything felt.

I am doing well, the energies seem to be flowing well. I seem to need quite a bit of sleep and I know that the other dimension is working me almost non stop.
I also seem to be working out some of my former personality challenges. I know that I have a ways to go but I am very willing to walk whatever path is needed to walk. I am willing to be willing.

64. Hi Richard,
Just a little follow up report about what has been happening these last couple of days. Yesterday I had such an overwhelming feeling of peace and love as I was going about the day. There wasn't anything at all to feel this way about I could think of but it just felt good.
Today I have been able to do my job with joy and not be concerned about what would have seemed like pressing matters. I will say that I am less concerned about some matters than I have ever been in the past.
I've used the excercises you have shared with me and they have helped me considerably. I am just happy to sum it all up. I am looking forward to continued growth and our association.

67. Richard,
Last night while I was asleep I found myself walking down a familiar street with friends. It was dark out, like night. Suddenly, the sky lit up with such an intensity, I felt as though the sky had switched to daylight. Then the sky turned dark again. I remember saying to my companions, "Did you feel that? Did you see that?" I was incredulous. We kept walking for a few more minutes, and then the sky lit up again.
I felt when I woke up that the light impulses were extremely significant. I felt, when I saw them in my "dream", that I had just been infused with some profound knowledge and energy. Sometimes when I'm "awake", I see bright light around my peripheral vision; it's gone within the blink of an eye. This was that, magnified by about a thousand.
It's interesting that you said in your email that something had shifted. When I woke up this morning, I knew something had changed within me.

68. Good Morning!
Just checking in to tell you what's going on. When I was meditating last night my third eye opened hugely took up my whole field of vision and was staring back at me. It then turned to pure purple light. I also briefly saw dragons, felt wind on my skin and feel emotionly different today ... kind of disconnected from the flury of activity, but still able to participate in it without feeling the vibration of it.

69. Hi Richard,
May I firstly thank you for all you are doing on my behalf it is so seldom that a complete stranger would go to such lengths as you have done.
I have experienced over this past week-end some very strange feelings and mood swings would this have any connection with what is going on at present?
Friday and Saturday I had a slight headache, although it wasn't bad it was there and annoying. Also I felt quite whacked out late Saturday afternoon.
Sunday started better but during the afternoon I was very emotional and really couldn't get a grip on myself at all. I might even say I even had feelings of anger, however toward the evening it passed and I felt quite serene!
Monday, well I just wanted to cry the whole day I felt anger, pain, sorrow, everything but by evening it had left me and I felt great
Today Tuesday I feel calm, in control and back to being me again, well better than the old me in fact.
Maybe this is just coincidence, although I do not believe in that, what else could this have been. Have you experienced this with anyone else Richard?
The strange thing about this is until I received your email on Monday I had no idea you had started working for me.

I just got your messages. I can still feel it working in me. WOW! I've always know where I belong in the world. A HEALER. Which is what I am trying to become. What your empowerments have done for me is give me a true sense of excitement about what my future may hold. I feel confident about what I will become and that I will get there finally sooner rather than later. I have waited a long time for this and it feels wonderful.
In addition, of my own accord, I took myself off my antidepressants so that I could more fully experience the empowerments and I feel just WONDERFUL. So, I don't know how to thank you. You have allowed me to feel as if I am complete and self-assured in the most importants aspects of my life and self.
